This was much stronger and sturdier than I expected it to be at this price point. Worked perfectly for our boogie boards.I live in Hawaii. Strong Velcro.Worked out well. We go to Rhode Island every year for vacation and the kids needed boogie boards, but I wasn’t going to spend upwards of $50 (x2), just for a few days. I bought the boards at Five Below but there was a cheap leash on it that would have broke instantly. These worked out perfect and are great quality. The cheap boards actually held up to the ocean waves. It was a win win.As a SUP leash this would not stand up to consistent heavy surf, I have had much more robust leashes break in southern Florida surf. Suitable for a SUP in still water or for a boogie board in the surf.Tangles easily…wouldn’t recommendIt works and it's comfortable!Great leash for my SUP at a good price.Product is exactly as described easy to use, and enough length to sit, kneel or stand.I attached a small carabiner coop to make attaching the leash easier, as I travel (commute tothe water) with my board, and remove the leash each time i finish paddling. This wasnt necessary, I just found it more efficient.Very comfortable to wear. If you've ever ran a marathon or done triathlons, this will feel like an ankle timing chip; so soft and light you forget it's on.It was great to find a leash at a very reasonable cost. We have two and have used them both with no issues. The one that came with it wasn’t the greatest. This one is nice because it Velcro’s to both your board and your ankle. Good quality.It's bright orange, comfortable, well-made materials and cheaper than the brick and mortar sports stores. Safety and book first for this accessory.
