SturdySo I always read reviews and there was a confusing one about having to put it over your pets head. I thought maybe it was only the 'White' one. I got the Christmas one in size M and it has to go around the head! Due to that, it is not true to size! Size M could fit a cat to size 12". I guess it will work for this holiday season but shes a growing puppy so I will have to cut it off when it gets tighter. Will not be able to pull back over her head.This is a nice sturdy collar and leash combo. It was nice for not only Thanksgiving time but also Christmas. My dog loves it.
