This adorable harness/dress is made very well and the velcro on it is extremely strong. It has been perfect for my Frenchie puppy who is growing so fast. Even though the pattern is stamped on it washes very well. The little flower that is stitched on the back is also very sturdy. Well worth the money.The harness is cute, but the XS says it fits 0-3 pounds, and it is way too big for my dog who is 2.1 lbs.Love the quality.
