The straps that attach the bottom chest band and the neck band are too short making it an awkward and uncomfortable fit. I saw a review saying a medium fit perfectly on their 37lb border collie. I have a 39lb Aussie mix and I got her a large. It’s too small despite the measurements shown. Looking back at that review… looks like they actually have the harness on their dog as a collar—-as in, both straps are on the neck… no wonder it “fits” …Very cute! My dog absolutely hate costumes but she didn't mind this at all because it's actually a harness, and she doesn't mind harness. The wings are sturdy and can be adjusted to lay flat on the back, or it can be adjusted to stay up. Runs a little small but still fits my dog great because it has adjustable straps; giving it some play in making it smaller or bigger. Overall we loved it!
