Purchased for a 2 year old birthday party. Sadly, it was obvious that the toy was not in original (brand new) packaging. I paid for new, but was sent 'used-like new'. The puppy toy was a huge hit! It was adorable how she carried it and walked it around.Super cute product, walks and barks. Has been accidentally dropped and dragged because, toddlers… and works perfectly. The ONLY complaint would be that it is quite loud!I don’t know if this thing needs batteries it came with no instructions and I don’t know what I’m supposed to do it’s a Christmas gift and I’m sick with covid pneumonia. I was so excited to find this and give it to her on Christmas morning. Unfortunately, it didn’t even last three days before it would no longer walk. Not even in a box that a toy usually comes in.I didn’t keep the product.Junk
