My Pyper gets more compliment's when she wears this.Cute outfit, made well but be aware that if you order for example the medium, which says up to about 11 inches around the chest, that measurement does not include any overlap for the Velcro strap. Or maybe I am not used to sizing in this way. but this is the first time this has happened that the 11 inch measurement was including the entire length of the item around the middle. So that if your dog is 11 inches around the middle, order the large instead. Hope this makes sense if not, just go up a size when ordering. Update. My earlier return was so easy I gave it a five. This is a large on my 10 pound peke.. She usually wears a medium. Very cute.As small as my Scottish terrier looks, her measurements (16" length, 23.5" chest) put her in an XL and it fit her perfectly. She wore the adorable gingham dress in a parade and everyone complimented it. Great quality, we we're impressed. While the bow is adorable and well made she isn't use to wearing one and refused to have it on her head very long - she'd shake it until it went flying off. The leash is great quality as well. We didn't attach the leash to the dress because well, she's a terrier and they can stubbornly refuse to move if they don't want to. Despite how strong the Velcro seemed, we've had Scotties break their collars chasing squirrels, so didn't want to chance it. I am going to look for more of this brand. Highly recommend.I initially loved this product when I put it on my dog. She was adorable in it and we got so many compliments! however, once we started going on walks with it, it DOES NOT work as a harness! The slightest tug leads to choking! There’s minimal support. It’s literally just fabric in a harness style. If you plan to buy it, know they it’s just for very short outings like bathroom breaks, but not for actual walks! Your dog will choke if he or she pulls at all. It’s outside the time frame of return so I can’t return it so we just wear it around the house5 out of 5 starsVery cute outfit. Sizes are off. My Yorkie is 5 1/2 pounds and measured for the small, which I first ordered. I ended up returning the small and purchasing the medium. The small I could barely close on her and was short in length. The medium fit much better and was perfect in length. Though I had to return my first order, I am still glad I purchased the set.Didn't care about the lead, too. Short. I bought two mediums and they work very well since they are adjustable and the dogs are different sizes. Really fun.Totally gutted just been delivered and the dress is pulled, snagged and coming apart and it’s just to small measured pup again and size is correct but it’s just won’t fasten been looking forward to this. In two minds whether to order next size up as measurements are bigger snd worried it will come pulled and snagged like this one
