I bought this, along with 2 other collars from this seller and only 2 arrived. I contacted the seller to see about a refund to purchase the 3rd one again, and they instead sent me a new one, exactly as I ordered it, with the correct customizations! They responded within a couple hours, and it was all sorted by the next morning (I first contacted them at night). It was completely hassle-free on my part. They only asked for a picture of the 2 I did receive to make sure they sent the correct one from the order.The bow on this particular collar lasted a week or two, which was longer than the “soft” ones from the other “soft” collars I ordered. I honestly didn’t expect it to last long because I have 4 dogs, 2 of which are 5-month-old 1/2 border collie puppies. If you have a well-behaved dog, I expect it would last much longer, and it is super cute. It didn’t feel flimsy or poorly made, but not much can withstand growing pups. The bow is the only reason I knocked off a star for durability, since it is part of the product. Still 5/5 stars overall.The collar itself seems durable and feels nice, like it will last a good while, even with 2 pups pulling at each other and roughhousing. It feels like it will survive through the washer when that time comes. The custom engravings came out exactly as I input them. The engraving isn’t deep, but it’s easily readable.I am completely satisfied with the purchase and the customer service of the seller. 10/10 would recommend. I’ve purchased other things from this seller before without issue, and now that I know their customer service is great, I won’t hesitate to buy from them again.
